1.Lay sharpener on a flat surface with tip of knife blade facing away from you.Place cutting dege of your knife in the carbide V as shown below.Always keep the cutting edge perpendicular to table.
2.Using light pressure,draw knife completely through the carbides in one steady motion.Repeat 3 to 4 times.
